But, if you're not exceptionally techno-savvy or you simply want the mass amounts of logged data summarized and interpreted for you, we offer you a great solution to that. We offer weekly and monthly summary reports customized for whichever features you choose to use.
What's included
Depending on your monitoring level, your weekly and monthly reports may include different items. Each report will include at least each DNS lookup time, 1k page download time, notification of any alerts within the report period, an average DNS response time, an average page download time, and pretty graphs showing all of those and more. More advanced monitoring may also include full page download time, link and image validation responses, and user experience statistics, to name a few.
Flexible Reporting
Our regular and easy-to-read reports make it easy to see your monitoring data. While we offer raw logs for the more technologically inclined, most of our customers are satisfied with their regular reports. They summarize everything you need to know in one simple, easy-to-read report. And, if weekly reports aren't frequent enough, we can even send out daily reports for an additional fee.
